After 38 years of experience I have learned to trust in “YOU.” I know you have within yourself all the necessary resources to achieve the happiness you deserve. You are the expert on you. No one else knows you better than you know yourself. As a human being you have the remarkable ability to heal and to grow. Through listening and encouraging, I will help you explore what is critical for you and how you can become the person you want to be today. As you increase your self-worth, you will be able to experience yourself in ways you never thought possible.

I am an experienced play therapist and a certified Registered Play Therapist. I specialize in using expressive creative arts in the healing process. I am highly experienced in traditional talk therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy and the use of sandtray therapy and other creative modalities. I offer a series of approved APT play therapy trainings. I have worked with clients of all ages, specializing in children and adolescents. I specialize as well with couples and families.

I am here for you! I know how difficult it can be to see someone you have never met. It takes a lot of courage to come to therapy. I provide a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Hope to see you soon.

Owner/Founder

Molly, CMHC

Molly completed her Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Westminster College in 2016. She has training in play therapy, expressive arts, sand tray and CBT. She is zealous about her work as a clinician, and enjoys working with families and individuals, including children and adolescents. She has experience working with a variety of mental health concerns, including self-worth, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, and many other issues that come up during life. Molly is sincerely committed to supporting the well being of her clients and is fervent about providing quality care.

Molly works under the belief that there is room for change in everyone. Everyone is capable of progress, and healing even in the occurrence of difficult life circumstances. At the core of Molly’s therapeutic approach is the principle in the inherent ability each child and individual has for healing and growth, and the power of the therapeutic relationship to nurture that inherent possibilities. Couples are the foundations of a family and a strong couple relationship offers the secure base family members require. Molly is committed to making therapy a safe environment where clients are free to be their genuine, vulnerable, and true selves in order to transition to a better sense of wholeness.

Annie, CSW

Annie grew up in a large multi-ethnic family which she loved- that experience informs her perspective and contributes to her joy in working with all ages. She enjoys using a variety of therapeutic styles such as play therapy, sand tray, mindfulness, and creative arts because she believes that sometimes only talking is not enough. Annie is very client-centered in her approach to therapy and is always striving to meet the client where they are at.

Meredith, CSW

Meredith takes a client-centered approach to therapy, incorporating techniques such as sand tray therapy, creative arts, play therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and attachment-informed therapy, depending on each individual’s needs. She believes, given the right support, every person has the innate capacity to heal and grow. Meredith strives to create a safe and empowering space for clients to share their deepest emotions, thoughts, and challenges. Outside of therapy, she enjoys spending time with family, hiking, camping, and keeping up with the world of sports.

If any of this resonates with you, she’d love to work with you or your child!
